For The Love of Bookkeepers LLC (“FTLOBs”) provides diagnostic, cleanup, reconstruction, and limited transition-related services for QuickBooks Online files. All services are professional, judgment-based engagements and do not constitute audits, assurance, attestation, certification, or verification services of any kind.

Professional Judgment, Due Diligence, and Methodology

FTLOBs’ services involve professional judgment, investigative due diligence, estimates, assumptions, and reliance on available information and documentation. Due diligence refers to reasonable professional investigation based on information available at the time services are performed and does not imply exhaustive verification, certification, or assurance of completeness or accuracy.

Services are not based on standardized templates, checklists, instructional programs, or prescriptive methodologies. Each engagement is evaluated independently based on the specific structure, history, observed behavior, and risk factors present in the client’s QuickBooks Online file.

Results represent a reasoned reconstruction of financial structure and activity based on available records, observed system behavior, and client-provided information at the time services are performed.

No Assurance or Guarantees

FTLOBs does not provide audits, reviews, compilations, attestations, certifications, guarantees, or assurances of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or future performance. Services are not performed in accordance with auditing, attestation, or assurance standards.

Findings-Only and Snapshot-in-Time

Diagnostic findings, cleanup outcomes, and reconstruction results reflect the condition of the QuickBooks Online file at the time services are performed. Subsequent changes, additional information, overrides, corrections, or third-party modifications may alter results and fall outside the scope of FTLOBs’ responsibility.

FTLOBs’ responsibility ends upon completion of the defined scope of work. Any changes made to the QuickBooks Online file by the client, client personnel, or third parties after that point are outside FTLOBs’ responsibility unless expressly agreed to in writing.

No Training, SOPs, or Personnel Responsibility

FTLOBs does not provide staff training, instruction, onboarding, education, written procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), or operational documentation as part of diagnostic, cleanup, reconstruction, or transition services.

During any temporary transition period, FTLOBs’ involvement is limited to oversight of system integrity and correction of work impacting the rebuilt structure. Oversight does not constitute training, supervision, performance management, or endorsement of client personnel.

FTLOBs is not responsible for the hiring, selection, competence, performance, supervision, or actions of any bookkeeper, employee, contractor, or advisor engaged by the client. Prior familiarity with a client’s systems does not imply responsibility for personnel outcomes.

Separate Engagement for SOPs and Documentation

Creation of SOPs, workflow documentation, training materials, or operational documentation for current or future personnel is offered only as a separate engagement, governed by a separate written agreement. Scope, pricing, and timelines for such services are determined independently and are not implied or bundled into any diagnostic, cleanup, reconstruction, or transition work.

No Tax or Legal Advice

FTLOBs does not provide tax advice, legal advice, tax preparation, or representation before any taxing authority. Findings, reconstructions, and outputs must be reviewed by a CPA, tax professional, or legal advisor before use in filings, submissions, or decision-making.

Reliance and Responsibility

All decisions made based on diagnostic findings, cleanup outcomes, reconstructions, or transition work remain the responsibility of the client.

Third-Party Information

FTLOBs relies on information provided by clients and third-party systems and is not responsible for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, system limitations, outages, or failures originating from source data, integrations, financial institutions, payroll platforms, or client personnel.
